Choose a PDF, pick the rotation and either all pages or a range such as 2, 5-6, then download. The rotation is saved in the file, so it opens the right way everywhere.

No. Everything happens in your browser with JavaScript; the file never leaves your device, so it is safe for contracts, IDs and other private documents.
