How it works
Paste a long link and press Shorten. You get a utilarc.com/s/… link, a QR code for it, and a click counter. Add a custom name such as my-shop to make the link easy to say and remember.
When someone opens a short link they see where it goes for three seconds before the page opens, so nobody is sent somewhere unexpected. Links that are reported for spam or scams are switched off.
Good to know
- Links do not expire and cannot be edited after they are made.
- You can make up to 10 links an hour.
- The click count shows how many times the short link was opened; we do not record who opened it.
Questions
Is it free? Do links expire?
Yes, it is free, there is no sign-up, and links do not expire.
Can I see how many people clicked?
Yes. Links you make are listed under the form on the same browser with their click counts.
What links are not allowed?
Only http and https links to public websites. Links used for spam, scams or malware are switched off.
